超音波と魚探のUS-DOLPHINを運営するエコーテック株式会社 三浦宏樹です。
「超音波カッターでこんなものが切れますか？」
というお問合せが良くきますが、だいたいお客様が手に持っているモノのイメージはおおざっぱにしか私には伝わっていないので、届いてみてびっくり！という事が良くあります。
逆に、切断報告書を作成しますが、カットしている様子が動画で伝えられないのでこんなのでいいのかなぁ・・・と思いつつも返送しています。
今回、ユーチューブなど動画サイトに動画をアップして良いという許可を頂きましたので、切断した様子を撮影してみました。
靴を製作しているお店だそうです。
対象物：革2種類(密度の違い？）、ゴムソール
方法：超音波カッターZO-41に長刃ZH10をつけ、ハイモードとノーマルモードを使って切断

■考察
一発で切ろうとするのは負荷が大きいので、2度切りで、出来れば革を開きながら切断した方が時間は短縮されると思いました。依頼者に電話したところ、動画を見て様子がわかって期待がもてたとのこと。
現在、かなり切断が重労働。近くのデモ機設置店舗に行って試してみたいとのでご紹介をしました。
