“Up to you” how to use ultrasonic cutter replacement blades!!

Our ultrasonic cutter has many types of replacement blades.

4 groups in Replacement blade.

Each replacement blade’s shape or hardness are different, and it could separate in 4 groups.

①Blade
Work as cutter blade, cut objects.

Standard blade HA04

➁Plate
Useful for welding or make flat a surface of harden objects.

Welding blade ZH38

③Bar
Grinding type and Welding type bar.

Welding bar ZH54

④Grinding stone
Plate type and Bar type. Plate is specified for wide range, and Bar is for narrow space.

Adaption list

Some replacements are designated mode and model for using.
It could check from adaption list mentioned on catalog.

How to use each blades? It’s up to you!

We could tell you a basic usage of replacement blades, but if you have own subject of work, we up to you the choice of replacement blade. The reason is, because we don’t make each replacement blades designating just single purpose of work. Even between of our staffs, the choice of replacement blades will be different for each works. We could provide examples and advice for you, but please take it as just our private opinion.
