Ultrasonic cutter is a cutter, able to cut, polish, and weld a various materials.
Those works power has enhanced by ultrasonic power(40kHz) transmission and vibrates blade.

・ZO-91
(Mode) Normal /High
High mode works approx. 10 min. continuously.

・ZO-95(attaches ZH25T and ZH801)
(Mode) Normal /High/S-High
S-High mode works approx. 5 min. continuously.

Useful for hard material processing, even “Acryl”.

(Cutting)

As you see in video, it able to cut Acryl.
For others, Plastic, Wood, Epoxy putty, Polyester, PP, 3D print object, Cardboard, Cloth, Chemical fiber, Leather, and some other hard materials are available for processing.

・Why ultrasonic enhances power?

First, please notice that “Ultrasonic=Vibration”.
Vibration generates friction heat when it hit to material. All works has enhanced by energy of friction heat and vibration momentum.
