【Echo Tech】 Uploaded new video, “Cut PBT resin with ultrasonic cutter” on YouTube!

This time we cut PBT resin, which is raw material of most of PC keyboard.
We used ZO-91 model, normal mode for work.
In our test, upper than 3 mm diameter of PBT resin is hard to cut with ultrasonic cutter.

Long blade is proper for cutting PBT resin and you might need high power mode depends on material’s angle and thickness. If the material shapes like a stick and it has short diameter, it will be easier to cut by rolling working material while cutting.(Refer the movie)
