【Echo Tech】 Custom payment ordering from oversea.
When you make order from overseas outside of Japan, you will be charge 3 costs.
・Product price
・Shipping fee
・Custom
Product price + Shipping fee
When we get order from you, we will soon issue a proforma invoice, which mentioned
“Product price + Shipping fee”(We call this cost “total amount”).
After we send you proforma invoice, we wait for your remittance of total amount, and after we checked your transaction, we will make shipment a parcel.
If you needed estimation, we able to send you a estimation sheet, which mentioned
“Product price + Approximate Shipping fee”
We are use to make shipment with DHL, and we calculate shipping fee on DHL site.
Shipping fee cost changes depends on shipping address, and parcel’s size or weight.
We could tell you an approximate amount beforehand, but not actual cost, because we need shipment registration on DHL site to know it.
Custom
For product make shipping to oversea, we charge you a price excluding tax.
This is a rule of trade, that purchaser in oversea doesn’t have to pay overseas tax because they don’t have or using the country’s services. The purchaser from overseas will be charge custom and other tax complied to import country, instead.
We could not know how much of custom will be cost in your country, please ask to airport custom. They would ask you a HS code of product, please let us know then. We provide you each products Japanese HS code.
Repair cost
When your device get malfunction and send to our Japanese office, we will start inspection first to investigate cause, and judge whether it’s in range of warranty.
If the warranty were not covered, we charge you
“Repair fee + Round trip shipping fee”.
If the warranty were covered, we charge you only “One way shipping fee”.
You might be charge custom for receiving repaired unit, and please sure we would not cover for that cost.
