How to cut plastic with ZO series more cleanly

Sometimes, ultrasonic vibration makes surface of plastic not clean.
This is our tip, how to make it much better.

1. Handle blade softly
When the blade pressed stronger to working material, blade temperature will be increased and melts material largely.

2. Use Thin blade (ZH14 or ZH16)
Working material melts as much as thickness of blade. By changing blade to thin blade, it reduces plastic melting.
Thin blade is easy to be bent, pay attention for using it.

3. Adjust angle of working material or blade
Ultrasonic wave releases from blade when it contacted to material with improper angle, and it becomes normal cutter. While processing, find best angle of blade insertion against material.

ZO series cuttable thickness is 3 mm for max. (Long blade ZH10 and Square blade ZH41 is 4 mm for max.)
Some materials might be hard to cut under little difference from our specified corresponded material.
