【Echo Tech】 About cutting “Rubber”.

Rubber is cuttable depend on its hardness with Ultrasonic cutter ZO series.
These are results of rubber cutting test.
All listed rubbers are 3 mm thickness, 180 mm length, and we cut with High mode (1 kg pressure).

(Rubber type/ hardness/ cutting time)
SBR/ 65°/ 22 sec.
NR/ 65°/ 17 sec.
EPDM/ 70°/ 20 sec.
CR/ 70°/ 12 sec.
Silicon/ 60°/ 1 sec.
NBR/ 70°/ 10 sec.
Urethane/ 70°/ Unavailable

We also tried cutting with Normal mode, and checked it able to cut except Urethane, but it takes much time. ⏱
