【Echo Tech】 To expand a utility of ZO series.
Ultrasonic cutter ZO series performance changes depend on the cutting material and user’s technique. When you feel difficulty on cutting something with the cutter, we recommend you try listed things.
Change blade angle when cutting.
Cut vertically. (for Meltable) Cut diagonally. (for Un-meltable)
Plastic melts when it has applied heat. Therefore, blade proceeds without get caught in plastic.
Carbon, wood, hardened clay, such un-meltable materials will not go same.
The blade will be caught when it inserted in un-meltable materials.
Like on pictures above, it might be able to cut by changing angle of blade.
For each material, please find proper blade angle.
Change blade type.
There are over 50 types of blades for ZO series.
Each blade performance is different, that changes depend on the cutting material or part where you cut. We could not tell you which blade is proper without trying cut.
