【Echo Tech】 Make sales target on each country’s strong industry.

“Where do we make ultrasonic cutter’s new distributor at oversea?”

Everyday we are challenging to this subject, and measuring various way of sales.
Today, I told from my boss, “you would better, find strong industry in each oversea countries”.

We get ultrasonic cutter’s order from world widely, but especially from China.
The users type are variety, who is from hobby, DIY, factory, mechanic, wooden instrument repair, etc.. all those markets are big in China. However, we are keep looking for prospective markets in other countries, and still could not find.

We have a question for you here.
When you start develop a oversea market, will start find from industry or country?

We don’t recommend you to find simultaneously, because it’s inefficient way.
For us, we start find from country. Each country has original culture and regulations, and it was easier for us to find sales target by integrating such things first.

To find a prospective industry, you need to study about targeted country. The country’s movement as world sight, strong point, population, any conditions and terms will be the key point for finding sales target.

Even if you find your sales target, it’s also important to change target when it seems not good. Using forward time for your next moving is absolutely better than you regret past time and waste your forward time. When you change your target, you should talk to your co-workers or boss, whether your decision is right.

Now, I’m researching one country’s industries and looking for our target.
