【Echo Tech】 Products people never know until they use.

Everyday, many products has displayed and sold at stores. Consumers take products and put in their basket, which is definite brands or things fits to their demand.

Then how do new products be purchased by consumers who has no plan to use?

Actually, they don’t buy a new product not because they don’t use or have other favorite brand, but because they don’t know how it makes their life comfortable.

For example, if we supplied ultrasonic cutter to the various shops and it just displayed on shelf, nobody will not buy. The reason is because customers don’t know “what” is ultrasonic cutter, and “how”, “when” to use.

Show product’s value to customer.

Price is one of a point that customers decide to buy a product, but it doesn’t mean that customer won’t buy expensive products.

It’s not a cheap and I never met with customer who bought it within first time seeing ultrasonic cutter. We visited to store and promoted ultrasonic cutter directly toward customers by demonstrate products, but we could not get order with this way.

Later, since then, we exhibited to many exhibitions and having many orders.

What we do for promotion is just,
let keep customers to touch our products.

Ultrasonic cutter is a product hard to imagine and understand, “what is it”.
We could remove biggest impediment, disturbing customers purchase by providing them its answer, let them figure out by themselves. Also we provide them an information of user. This is to let them notice a demand they have, but they don’t know.

Most of customers who tried ultrasonic cutter make big reaction, surprising to its sharpness. This impression gives impact to peoples and they make order when they found a case to use, remind that experience again.

Choose proper market for selling.

It’s efficient for selling products to market where consumer gathers, having close purpose of using product.

Hospital, Department store, Hotel, Factory, Public house market.

Make your own selling field.

There are many many many many many tools in this world, and each people has own perspective, prior point on product. We knew it’s impossible to sell your product to whole of people in this world. In my opinion, it’s better to sell products, not to try sell product to whole of peoples, but try to create your “selling field” and let customers to join in your circle. People who has demand of using your product will naturally gather around you, even they don’t notice by themselves.
