【Echo Tech】 Tidying up ZO-41Ⅱ from oversea market.
As some of you may already know, ultrasonic cutter has separated in Japan model, and oversea model. Our oversea team are selling oversea models to world widely, but also Japan models have been exported to oversea, via other Japanese sales company.

ZO-41Ⅱ model ZO-80 model
ZO-41Ⅱ could choose operation mode from 2 ways, and the other function, power mode, shape is same with ZO-91. For ZO-80 and ZO-95, it is perfectly same device except certification of CE.
Why it has separated in Japan and oversea model?
Oversea models are certified CE mark. CE mark is a proof that shows the product has passed safety test. To sell a electrical products(and some other products) to Europe, CE mark is compulsory for those products.
In addition, company which sells non-certified electrical products to oversea, will be imposed fine and restrict for exportation. Conforming to those rules, we separated in two models.
However, in fact, Japan models are exported to oversea, and we are now trying tidy up those stocks from market thoroughly. If some units has occur malfunction, manufacturer has to take responsible. Also, Japan models influx to oversea, leads unstable price condition, because two models has same function, but prices are different, and people will buy cheaper model without knowing it’s Japan model.
Make oversea peoples aware of risk.
“We will not change products price to control stock’s flow, but change consumers think of risk, using Japan model. If both models get malfunction at oversea, oversea model will get a year of warranty(from date we made a shipment) and we don’t charge for repair(Round-trip shipment fee will be charge on user). For Japan model, we will charge you repair fee and shipment fee, whenever you ordered. Because Japan model has high risk of early malfunction, we do strongly recommend you to get oversea models.”
..how many purchaser’s will get this risk information and decide to buy products?
We don’t even have much chance to talk with oversea consumers, but we have internet. It is being our present subject, “how to transmit information to oversea consumers”.
