Ultrasonic cutters ZO series are equipped with screws that tighten the blade, and these screws must be attached and removed when replacing the blade or performing maintenance.
When attaching these screws, operating the cutter if they are tightened with anything other than the correct torque (0.6 N・m) can lead to abnormal operation.
The torque driver set is designed to tighten the screws to the correct torque (0.6 N・m).
Maintenance = To check 3 things on ZO series cutters by user’s side.
① Check if blade or anchor are broken and contaminated. → Replace the defective parts.
② Clean inside the horn.
③ Tighten the screw until it gets tightened with 0.6 N・m.
Torque screwdriver sets are for tightening screw (③).
