【Echo Tech】 When Ultrasonic cutter ZO series get broke soon after it repaired.
After waited for while, your repaired ultrasonic cutter ZO unit have arrived to your hand, but it still could not use for some reason…
We rarely have such a trouble report from users.
To answering users expectation and provide comfortable service, we are trying hard to corresponding each our works. However, sometimes the unexpected trouble occurs. We are afraid we could not anticipate all troubles. When such troubles happens, we investigate a cause and prepare to prevent the same problem next time.
Cause that unit get fault soon after it repaired.
Before reading this column, please notice that after we repaired unit, we are checking unit operation to confirm whether it really repaired in last and sending back to user.
There are 4 reasons that we could think cause.
1. Unit had damage while it shipping to your country.
While the product arrive to user’s hand, the product might get damage by touched, compressed, hit to other things. Please check if there are trace of damage on parcel box.
2. User operated wrongly again as they leaded trouble in previous.
If unit activated correctly even once, unit “were repaired”.
The problem caused after it used few times, product might be operated wrongly(hand-piece or working material).
The probability of repaired component’s fault is very low. To prevent installing initial failure component in unit, we are checking operation before shipping. When you request for repair at first time, please let us know your working material and how long, or do you using.
3. Caused by other component has happen.
Sometimes we suggest to users a recommendation of optional repair, that is not causing problem now, but it seems deteriorated.(User could select weather they do or not)
Such a deteriorated components might caused another trouble.
4. Our repair fault
We have been repaired unit for long time and never faced to case that the trouble caused by our fault. However, we could not say that it will absolutely not happen. Missing something check or step of repairing, such a human error might happens accidentally.
If users unit get fault due to our fault, we will not charge you whole repair and shipping fee.
Before you request for repair.
If we could have movie displayed a symptom of fault unit, we might able to figure out the cause and settle unit’s problem.
Sometimes we have sent unit that were actually not broken and could fix easily.
Also, do not disassemble an unit, try to fix by yourself.
To figure out problem’s cause, unit must be preserved as it is condition until it arrive to our company. Even if it is still in warrant term, disassembled unit will be waive its right.
If we figured out that user noticed us false, we will charge you a regular repair fee, no matter what were cause.
We could find easily a disassembled trace on unit.
Otherwise, another trouble might happens soon, and we couldn’t assure that we figure out the problem at inspection.
Process of repair.
1. User send us back broken unit.
(No warrant or warranted) User will be charge Round-trip shipping fee.
(Diagnosed it caused by our fault) Echo Tech will be charge Round-trip shipping fee.

2. We inspect a fault unit.
Measure an unit volume, disassemble device, check each components, we find out a cause in this step. User will be charge inspection fee, even if it will not be repair.
3. Send to user an estimation sheet of repair fee.
We do not proceed repair before having permission from user.
User could choose whether they request for repair or not.
If user wish to repair an unit, we will wait until we confirm remittance on our account.
If the unit were in the period of warranty and admitted, we will not send estimation sheet and wait users permission.(We don’t charge repair fee to user, but charge for shipping fee)
4. Start repair or send user back a fault unit.
If user doesn’t wish to repair, we will send back unit without repairing, charging shipping and inspection fee.
If we had request of repair and confirmed user’s remittance, we will start repair an unit. After we finished repair, we will send back unit.
We are afraid we could not warrant for all troubles. We could only warrant for an unit which had broken due to our fault.
