Usage of Zirconia ceramic blade.
Zirconia ceramic blades boast surface smoothness, non-magnetic properties, insulation, chemical resistance, and heat resistance, making them ideal for cutting rubber, adhesive tape, magnetic tape, and other materials in special environments. They also cut acrylic slightly faster than the standard HA04 blade.
NT Cutter originally produced a blade with the same shape, the BSB-11P, which was recommended for ultrasonic cutters, but it was discontinued several years ago.
We had asked the same company to manufacture it, but they are not currently selling it again, so we created a mold for ultrasonic cutters and have now commercialized it. It’s ideal for electrical work where electrical conduction is undesirable, such as disassembling battery cases.
