【Echo Tech】 ZO series – Maintenance.
Maintenance = To check 3 following things.
① Check the condition of the blade, anchor, and screw.
② Clean inside the horn.
③ Tighten the screws to 0.6 N·m.
If the above three points are neglected, the machine may malfunction.
Following things are explained on the movie above, how to do it.
① Check the condition of the blade, anchor, and screw.
If either part is missing or dirty, the ultrasonic cutter will mistakenly detect it as a load and increase the power, causing the machine to automatically stop or even break down.
（Solution）
Replace any missing or damaged parts with new ones.
② Clean inside the horn.
Similarly, if the inside of the horn (where the fixing device is set) is dirty, the ultrasonic cutter will mistakenly detect it as a load, causing the power to increase, leading to the machine automatically stopping or even breaking down.
（Solution）
Use a cotton swab or maintenance sets to clean the inside of the horn.
※Never wipe with water.
Maintenance set SB01 Maintenance set SB02
SB01= 3 abrasive papers + 1 cleaning bar
SB02= 10 abrasive papers
After you get “cleaning bar” (SB01), please get only SB02.
Only abrasive papers will be kept consume after using it.
（How to use）
Place the sandpaper on the maintenance rod and wrap it around the rod with the sandpaper side facing outwards. Insert the sandpaper rod deep inside the horn and turn the rod to rub the dirt off the inside wall.
Replace the abrasive paper with new one when it becomes contaminated or torn.
③ Tighten the screws to 0.6 N·m.
