【Ultrasonic Cutter】 Remove contamination on glasses frame?
Hello.
We had a question from customer,
“Is it able to remove contamination on glasses frame?”
At here, we need to know,
1. Material of glasses frame
2. Type of contamination
Because the Ultrasonic Cutter’s “applied material” is completely distinguished, we need a specific information for giving advice whether it is available.
This time, the frame material’s type was Plastic, and the it had fine damage.
Since we never make processing on glasses frame, we did a test with thinking.
We thought if we use “Blades” for processing, the frame will get thin. Thus we adopt “Filing plate” and “Grinding stone” to shave damages part and make it flat.

We tested, and knew those replacement blades were not proper for processing glasses frame.
When the both replacement blades tip hit to frame, it applied too much power and shaves more than we thought. Frame get flat and removes damage, but the appearance were bad it colored white, and making scratch damage again.
If we test within other materials glass frame, the result may be change.
