Ultrasonic Cutter is a tool, enhanced blade sharpness with Ultrasonic power transmits from transducer installed inside the hand piece.

【What could do with Ultrasonic Cutter?】

Ultrasonic Cutter is very useful tool for any processing work on hard materials.

(Applicable material)
Plastic, Acryl, Wood, Epoxy putty, Resin, Leather, Plasticine, Polycarbonate, Polylactic, Paronia, Cardboard, Wax, Circuit board, Hard Rubber, etc.

When the blade hit to plastic, friction heat generates from blade vibration. You would feel like cutting butter.
Because material get high temperature when you are cutting, materials like Plastic and Acryl’s cutting section will melt few.

Depends on material, the heat transmits wide and fast on material, please be careful for your hand which you hold the material from burn.

・Polish
-Metal material

Ultrasonic Cutter is not a tool only for a cut.
It also could polish a rust stuck on surface of metal, and make it flat.
There are 9 types of Grinding stone, which are different roughness.

By using friction heat power, it able to weld plastic and vinyl.
