Ultrasonic Cutter used at Fire station.

Our product, “Ultrasonic Cutter” is mainly used by hobby users, but it has been also used by workers. In Japanese fire station, the officers are using Ultrasonic Cutter for investigate burned materials to find origin of fire.
The burned material is fragile and it is important evidence, they need to handle it very carefully.
The case we saw previously, the fire officer wanted to cut burned power plug. They wanted to open the surface of plug and see internal components. They need to suppress the power, because they might break the parts. To remove surface without applying power, first they think to use Hot dryer, but because it possibly melt a matter, they need to use other tool. They searched such a tools on internet and found our Ultrasonic Cutter.

We had email from them, and visit their head office to see the work material. We arrived their office, and lent our Ultrasonic Cutter. They tried, and surprised it cut into burned material smoothly, but not damaging.
The result of this test informed to many of fire station, and most of them start adopt our Ultrasonic Cutter.
Today, we send DM to fire stations in oversea. The people or institutions don’t know our products and solution of their problem, we need to give information directly to them.
Wish our ideas, solution, products will be shared internationally, and helps someone’s work.
