What is the point of growing company?
World top brand company has a high degree of recognition. How do they become to international company? We pick up some those big company’s common features below.
- Service quality has been set thoroughly
- Product seldom malfunction
- Credible
Possibly you already notice, the most big point is “Credible”.
When you find something product you want, which point do you concern for purchasing?
Price?
Service quality?
Brand name?
Lead-time?
Companies location?
All points above?
Possibly those your “points” will change depends on type of product, but once you fall into “thinking”, you may takes time for make decision, and most of them will not purchase at that time to think longer.
However, if you have trust on the company, you may think that product quality or service will remove those concern points. The price is not much important to make a customer.
Therefore, we could think,

What does need for company to grow in international market?
As we mentioned in last topic, we need a credit to gain a customer.
However, to sell products to oversea, because culture and language is different, it’s hard to gain a customer than making in your country.
We are now selling Ultrasonic Cutter to several foreign countries. Through our oversea business, there are some points we noticed.
Language
We are use to write or speak English to have communication with our oversea customers. Because English is not a mother language in countries except U.S or U.K, when we talk with people who don’t speak or not familiar with speaking English, sometime the problems will occurs.

There are many solutions on internet to overcome language problem.
Using dictionary, auto-translator, interpreter, etc.. we say that age of facing difficulty on language is over.
If you are still facing difficulty to communicate with other languages, we recommend you to rely on something specialized service.
Culture
This is most biggest impediment for all companies to grow in oversea market, we think.
Each country has a culture and feature of personality, that means, even if you succeeded to expand market at some countries, the same way of sales might be not available for other counties.
Also, when you start develop business market at several countries, you must follow the each countries regulations(exportation, electric specification, Certification mark, etc.).

You may take vast of time and cost to expand market in each country. At very first, we recommend to start develop from single country. When you succeeded to expand market, move on to other country’s market development. Also, it hard to understand all countries rules. Then, we recommend you to use those specialized service.
Market research
You cannot make market research of oversea just staying in your country, and it costs too much for business trip.
