Consider about market of Welding.

Yesterday, I had a day off and consider about our welding bar…

I was staying at home and “Mask” put on my desk come into my sight.
Due to COVID-19 outbreak, masks has drastically sold at world widely. Some companies started manufacture and sell a masks, it could say that it’s one of market growing rapidly.
“if there are way, that Ultrasonic Cutter could enter to mask market…”
At first, I think of cutting non woven fabric. Possibly, the material that for making masks is different depends on countries, but popularly, non woven fabric is used in Japan, and most of masks are able to cut with Ultrasonic Cutter. However, because most of mask manufacturer already has automatic system of making mask, there are hardly case that they use tool for processing.
“Then, how about selling directly to consumers to make mask by themselves?”
Consumer prepare a non woven fabric and strings by themselves.
First they cut cloth in proper size, and weld a strings on it. This “self-making” could cut consumers cost than they buy mask, and it could also repair their purchased mask with welding.
(..well, if it could really weld a non woven fabric..)
What we want to say here is, most of industries and markets are able to enter, that depends on your idea.
We are now looking for a demand of “welding”.
Seeking demand in existing distribution, and new market.
