Using Japan use product at oversea.
Hello.
We used to have questions from customers about products that could not use at oversea.
For example, Ultrasonic ZO-30PLA, ZO-40L, ZO-41Ⅱ and ZO-80 are Japan used model. ZO-30PLA is the most low power model that is for plastic cut, but that is just right for some customers and because it is low cost model, there are needs in market.
However, there are 2 problems that is reason we could not sell it to oversea.
- Electrical specification
Basically, products for Japan uses don’t attached an AC adaptor, and those cords are unreplaceable. If you use in oversea, it may lead an electric trouble.
2. Not doing self-declaration and taking certification
If manufacturer doesn’t do self-declaration or certicate products and something trouble happens, manufacturer have to take responsible because they didn’t follow proceed for sell products in oversea. These certifications needs to take for each products for selling to oversea.
Those two reasons are for our all products, and about Ultrasonic Atomizer, this product has been handled more carefully.
Depends on solution, it may lead a serious problem. We need to control our product as we could do possible to prevent those troubles.
We are trying to expand our market to oversea, but we also have to think users safe in first.
