Cut and processing on “sheet building material” with Ultrasonic Cutter.

Hello.

Our Ultrasonic Cutter is used by many types of work, and this time, we had a request of the  “sheet building material” test cutting.

“sheet building material” is the material used for erect building. Concrete, Wood, Steel, Gravel, Roof tile are part of it.

Our customer brought a material, looks like a gum sheet for test cutting.
This material is used for stick on building’s wall for a design. It made by resin coated sand, the face of this sheet is hard, and back side is like a sand paper.

The materials surface was hard, but it could easily bend… how it’s mysterious thing…

Cut with Ultrasonic Cutter ZO-91

At first, we cut without Ultrasonic, but it was too hard that needs to apply power.

Ultrasonic: ON (High mode)

Cut easily without applying power. Seems “Standard blade(HA04)” is most proper replacement blade.
※”Normal mode” and other replacement blade were also able to cut this material.

It able to cut in curve, and it doesn’t take time for work.

Successive linear cut

We knew that Ultrasonic Cutter is applicable for such a “soft-hard materials”.
Actually for such a industrial work, we recommend to get a ZO-95 model, because it activates longer than ZO-91 and it endures to high load.

Those materials processing cases are exists in any industries.
