Cutter’s sharpness change depends on work material?
Hello.
Sometimes we get inquiry from oversea that “how the sharpness different between all Ultrasonic Cutter models”.
We are now selling 6 models include Japanese model, and the order of sharpness level is below.
ZO-95=ZO-80 > ZO-91=ZO-41Ⅱ(High power mode) > ZO-40R > ZO-30PLA
It’s same order with price. The sharpness level has measured by cut acryl board, compared each models.
However, the feeling of sharpness changes depends on users or work material. If you cut too soft or too hard material, it’s hard to feel a difference of sharpness. We ensure all models quality, but if you feel not, please have try cut other material which could easily feel a difference of sharpness, like plastic.
