Difficulty of explaining “how to do” to other people.

If you have something want other people to do, how do you explain?
For example, you are in situation that you want other people to cook your dinner. You have your own requests of food, taste, texture, cooking time, or maybe original way of cooking. This is very hard to explain “how to do” to the other people, than you think, because we perfectly not understand each words in same meaning. If you say “boil a meat for 5 minutes”, to people, some will stop fire in five minutes, but some of they may stop fire in 4 minutes and boil after heat. Some of they may start cooking from heated pan, and some of they may not. It’s a small different between each way of cooking, but if that small different accumulate in each point of cooking, it brings big different to the food quality between cookers.
In the situation of job, one small mistake may brings fatal blow, so we have to carefully check in each section to prevent from troubles.
