How do you distribute products from your stock.
Hello.
As we have only few stocks of Ultrasonic Cutter(ZO-91, ZO-95) here, needs to think how do we distribute products through until next stocking.
For example, you are running apple shop.
Now, you have 100 apples left, and next stocking is 1 month later.
You are selling in your shop, on website shop, restaurant directly, etc…
How do you run your business through this month?
There are some material points you should give priority.
１．Keep stock of apples until the end of month.
If you sold all your stocks in earlier time, the days of people not coming to your shop will be long. That will cause customers losing as long as you could not sell.
２．No changing price.
You may think to raise a price, becuase you only have few stocks and customers will buy even if the cost get raised. That idea is not wrong, but customer is choosing shop not only focusing on price. They are looking your shop as brand and trusting the shop. You should not raise a price, looking at customers behavior.
３．Give prior for your customer.
You could not choose the customers who gets your apple, but you could choose “Where” to sell. Who is your prior customer? Where do you want to sell? Reduce market for selling temporary, and focus on your priority customer is good way for keep doing business.
Each businessman has a different opinions for selling stock because each people’s prior point is different and there are no wrong way for runnning business.
Anyway, we will keep selling on internet and to our distributors directly.
Depends of point of business or circumstance, we may change our style of selling products.
