Do the effection of atomized HClO decrease?
Hello.
Under this COVID-19, HClO(Hypochlorous acid water) has been used as sterilization liquid. In earlier time, NITE(National Institute of Technology Evaluation) announced not to use HClO because there are no evidence it effects to COVID-19, but recently they change their opinion. They test and proves it effects to HClO, the concentration thicker than 35ppm for washing your hands directly. According to NITE’s research, it needs more than 80ppm HClO for sterilize materials, and about “Atomizing”, they didn’t admit for effection, and said they let users to decide whether to use or not.
We have been selling Ultrasonic Atomizer for about 20 years, and never heard that somebody feels bad for it. We are now measuring how much level of concentration mist has(initial mist atomize from shooter). The result we get will be 10 days later, but if we proved it effects to HClO, it will definitely grows our sales again that consumers will look for atomizer.
~Why do the HClO’s concentration decrease?~
That’s because, HClO reacts to something and lose its chlorine. It reacts to germs and when it touches to materials. Also, HClO will disactivate faster when the temperture rose up or concentration increased or exposed under sunshine. Therefore, HClO should be not keep for long time.
