Importance of reviewing previous year.
Do you think that to reviewing previous years is important?
Hello.
Do you use to review your past? To step up your next upcoming years, finding points hiding in your past, and if you could learn something from it, it would be your big help.
Learn what was bad, what was good, what you need for next, and figure out the inclination of business and yourself. Because we think “life is to study”, we keep think, and totalize all results of past and present for future.
Reviewing last year’s Echo Tech.
From this October, our new term of business has started.
For that, today we reviewed last years our total business result.
Blue → Learn from failure.
Orange → Learn from success.
Green → Learn from experience.
【Oct, 2019】
We moved for preparation of flu season, produced much quantity of Ultrasonic Atomizer.
【Dec, 2019】
Got many order of Ultrasonic Atomizer from Hospital, Nursing facility, Factory.
Also had many order of Ultrasonic Cutter from oversea countries, due to their end of years fair.
→ Learned we should make much more stocks of Ultrasonic Cutter which is oversea type.
【Jan, 2020】
COVID-19 has been outbreak, and we anticipated we will have many orders of Ultrasonic Atomizer, from users as virus prevention equipment. We produced units, much more than usual manufacturing plan.
【Mar, 2020】
Got so many Ultrasonic Atomizer’s order from domestic distributors. Got back-order of units, until October.
→ Learned that when something irregular event has happened, we should hold a stock much more, for just in case.
【Apr, 2020】
Because COVID-19 has outbreak, and industrial workers in China’s hand work time gets long, we got many orders of Ultrasonic Cutter from the market.
→ Learned we should think which market will grow, when something irregular event has happened and move fast for it.
【Jun, 2020】
NITE(Japanese facility of product evaluation) has announced that HClO(Hypochlorous acid water) is not effect to COVID-19, and our order of Ultrasonic Atomizer has been drastically decreased, and got many order cancellation.
→ Many stocks of Ultrasonic Atomizer get remained in our warehouse. We learned that, when we got back-order, we should make something document that mentioned prohibition of cancellation.
【Sep, 2020】
The number of COVID-19 infectors in Japan get decreasing, and our order condition from customers becoming back to normal.
Summarizing, we learned,
① Regularly, should have stock for irregular condition.
➁ Keep anticipate the future and prepare, but not too much.
③ Making new rules between customer and us for production plan.
We could improve our business by removing bad points step by step, listing those points makes simple our next plan.
