How do you operate business when economics condition changes suddenly?
Hello.
Many companies had impact by COVID-19, their trade, transportation, sales condition has changed not a few. We also affected by this pandemic, and our world distributor also get affected.
COVID-19 brings confusion to whole world, but on the other hand, some of company gets profit. For example our Ultrasonic Cutter, selling to hobby market slows down because consumer stops going shop and get product, and oppositely, industrial market’s sales drastically increased because worker’s work time inside the room gets longer. This circumstance shows that COVID-19 affected badly to business, which is selling to consumer at shop or restaurants directly, and brings benefit to business which is selling to companies or handling products that matches to this condition(sterilization, mask, tissue paper, acryl board, etc.).
Our Ultrasonic Cutter is used at several markets, that are hobby, industry, fire office, dental technician, etc. This is one of reason, how we keep sales in this term. Some of companies are afraid of after this pandemic, that they are concerning if they lose the profits emerged from COVID-19.
“Life” must be prior for everything, but that’s not mean to waste a economic. All company should be always prepare for any condition, whenever if it suddenly comes.
To make your business more flexible, making a way of new business to market you never tried may be good. Relating on just single market is risky to maintain business. This pandemic teach us “how to move when the world economics suddenly changes drastically”, and whether we use this experience in future or not, it’s all depends on each companies will.
