ProbeLeader Co., Ltd. which is Taiwan company, handling our Ultrasonic Cutter has attended to SEMICON Taiwan(23rd, Sep ~ 25th, Sep).

SEMICON is a world biggest exhibition held at world widely in year. This exhibition bridges facilitates of smooth collaboration between the industry, the government, the academia, and research institutions. Whole countries people gather in this exhibition and see, share the industrial high technologies.

This time, ProbeLeader has displayed our Ultrasonic Cutter ZO-91 and ZO-95 in front of booth, and let visitors to try using.

Especially, we often have order from industrial workers of ZO-95. It could adjust power from 3 levels, and the strongest mode is very powerful, cut materials speedy(Activates 5 minutes for max).

Since we are located in Japan, it’s very helpful that the country’s business partner demonstrate our products at oversea exhibition, because customers lives in that country could easily try using unit.

As we experienced in same way, at the industrial exhibition, some of visitors are coming to booth expecting to cut metal, glass, or wafer…. but that is 無理です(unavailable)..

Our Ultrasonic Cutter could cut materials, which normal cutter could cut.

Ultrasonic Cutter is commonly called “time-shortening tool”, that makes faster to cut materials than conventional cutter. Thus it able to cut materials like plastic, wood, acryl, resin, putty, cardboard, etc..
You may think, “Is it possible to cut acryl with normal cutter?”.
The answer is “Yes”, if you keep cut like through year…..

By the way, those “uncuttable materials” are able to Polish contamination.
We have a replacement blades corresponded to polishing work, called “Grinding stone” and Filing plate”.
