Processing pluster mould (Dental technician)
Hello!
Lately, we got a inquiry from client who is doing Dental technician about Ultrasonic Cutter.
He: “Could Ultrasonic Cutter able to process the Pluster?”
Echo Tech: “Yes.”
Basaically, Ultrasonic Cutter has been made for Dental technician to processing “Plaster mould”.(Tooth shape)
We eventually shit Ultrasonic Cutter “Dental use” to “Hobby use” and realize to manufacture a low price product.
The client says, because it’s hard to processing mould that is to removing barr, fixing shape of tooth, they were looking for the tool that could doing it easily.
Ultrasonic Cutter cannot cut a pluster, but if you stand blade in angle on work material, it easily could doing processng.
The proper replacement blades for processing mould is,
・ZH44(Double-edged triangular pyramid)
・ZH11,ZH37(Saw blade)
・ZH14,ZH16(Thin blade)
We don’t used to designate how to use each replacement blades to client, because most of replacement blades are made from clients opinion.
We leave it up to client how to use and which to buy, but if you really don’t know, we hear your opinion and give you a better answer of replacement blade, that is proper to your purpose.
There may be hidden Ultrasonic Cutter market in Dental industry.
We will keep try to move for discovering new market.
