About sales of Ultrasonic atomizer unit (humidify/atomize)
Ultrasonic atomizer unit made by Honda Electronics group has developed, start from our wish of “make rainbow to the air with ultrasonic technology(Rainbow project)”.
To atomize and spray water to the air, the unit developed as own company’s assembly part of ultrasonic atomizer has released as ultrasonic atomizer unit.
Rainbow project
We released atomizer unit as retail product in 1st August 1998, corresponding to requests of selling atomizing unit to make fog, from companies and universities research division which orders a original apparatus.
It could purchase from single piece and adopt in something experiment, it has used by peoples from various fields for long years.
However, due to some factors such as electronic component’s combination, reorganization, stockless, decrease of market place, we are now at hard situation to produce HMC series.
It has also considered to discontinue producing, but we determined to keep selling ultrasonic atomizer unit by standardizing with JM series that we(Echo Tech) are handling.
■Difference between HMC series.
・Current value will be decrease.
・Capability of atomization will be decrease.
・Oscillation circuit parts become chip.
・Fixing screw will be only correspond to M3, but not M4.
・Diagonal transducer type will be discontinue to produce.
This product will be only sell from Echo Tech. You could not order from Honda Electronics.
What is Ultrasonic atomizer unit?
Ultrasonic atomizer unit transmits high frequency ultrasonic energy to water, and water pillar rises up by water molecule acceleration. The edge of water pillar atomizes and become mist. It is a set product of oscillator substrate that activates ultrasonic transducer and transducer, considered assembling in machine that atomizes liquid using this phenomenon.

Ultrasonic atomizer unit 2.4MHz/3.0MHz
This product is an unit assembled in Ultrasonic atomizer JM series, which we are selling.
The 3.0 MHz which we used to accept as special order has newly added in lineup.
From the graph that describes measure of atomized particle size, it could know that much more small size particle has atomized than conventional models.
※There are similarity with HM series (HM1630/HM2412/HM2412C) and HMC series (HM-2400/HM-2401) which had been sold by Honda Electronics, but because the mist volume has decreased, there are no compatibility.
For conventional models(HM-2400/HM-2401) users, 30st August, 2022 is a last day of those model’s order acceptance. Please prepare for placing last lot order.

※Contained in Ultrasonic atomizer JM-200, and it’s a graph measured particle size changing the unit. We do not provide detailed measure data to outside, but you could know from this graph that particle size changes depends on the frequency level.

■How to assemble transducer.
Ultrasonic atomizer unit JMU series supplying system
We have a limit on capability of producing. We could not accept for over 1,000 units order in per month.
If our condition has matched, we supply to company which is producing competitive products such as ultrasonic atomizer, ultrasonic humidifier, ultrasonic dispenser, that purposed to spray solutions.

Since electronic components are hard to stock now, it might takes over half of year.

Our group company, Honda Electronics were being reception, but we will integrate window to Echo Tech.
Honda Electronics will not handle this ultrasonic atomizer unit. We could only supply directly, or via our distributors.
