Thin Blade ZH14 and ZH16!

Hello.

Sometimes we hear from customers that they want to prevent plastic from melting.

To all customers who are having same problem, we recommend you to use “Thin Blade”(ZH14 or ZH16)!!

Why does the plastic melt cutting by Ultrasonic Cutter?

→ Because “friction heat” is occuring between plastic and knife.

…and as the dipth of knife change, the degree of melt gets change simultaneously.

That because when it cut, the plastic cutting section slides to side way, and if that value gets large, it looks the plastic melts bigger.

“Thin Blade”, has a narrow dipth of blade and could cut with small value of plastic.

It’s specialized for making clear line, and trimming object after you use standard blade.

This blade has been used at Nagoya University which is Japanese biggest university for trimming samples.

Please have try, and feel the change between standard blade!
