If it doesn’t solve with “Basic trouble shooting”, possibly, something problem has been occuring inside the device. If that so, we need you to bring the device back and repair it.
The trouble happens inside the device occur by using Ultrasonic Cutter forcibly to cut hard materials, or using too much time(ZO-41Ⅱ,ZO-91).
It costs round-trip shipping and repair fee, it’s not cheap for repairing.
To avoid from that, you should keep doing maintenance and use Ultrasonic Cutter carefully.
