Ultrasonic Cutter ZO series, applicable material.
Hello.
Everyday we have message from Ultrasonic Cutter users, “Is this material cuttable with Ultrasonic Cutter?”.
We have tested materials listed below, before.
(Cut-able) Plastic, Acryl, Wood, PP, 3D printed material, ABS, Circuit board, Leather, Polycarbonate, Silicone, Cardboard, some types of Rubber and Sponge.
(Shave-able) Resin, Epoxy putty.
(Polish-able) Metal, Mold.
(Weld-able) Vinyl.
(Non-cuttable) Metal, Stone, Aluminium, some type of Rubber and Sponge.
Other materials that we never tested, we could not answer whether it’s cuttable or not. May be we could give some advice, but if you need more information, you could send us the sample of material and we test for you. If you are living outside of Japan, we will try get same material and do test.
