【Echo Tech】 Half year result report of 2023.
Today, it was a reporting day of each division’s this half year result.
Each division report their current sales amount compared with annual goal, and what they are doing now specifically. We call this day “Rolling plan”. It’s a day that all staffs could know about company’s condition.
About Echo tech, we achievement half sales goal.
Same as last period, we faced to problem of unit stock shortage due to shortage of parts supplement. Under its severe condition, thanks to all domestic and overseas distributors effort, we could accomplish this half goal.
Other divisions were also faced same problem, but most team could accomplish it.
Not only overcame such troubles, but each of our division are now stepping to new challenge.
We might be able to announce such news in near future.
What we learned in this half of year, even if there a big wall standing in front of you, it could break, at least most by think, plan and action it.
