When your ultrasonic cutter ZO series get troubled, you could ask us for repair.
(There are cases that we could not accept your repair)

When we received a troubled unit, we start inspection what is the cause.
After we finished inspection, we notice to user a symptom with sending estimation sheet of repairing. User will judge at this timing, whether they request for repairing.
Depends on troubles, there are difference in repair fee.
We know user needs time to give answer, so we make this responding period to 1 week.
If we could not have any message from user in this period, we just charge inspection fee to user and send back unit after received payment. If you need more time, you could extend this period by asking us.
