【Echo Tech】 Technical barriers for making replacement blade.
We have released over 50 types of blades for total, and most blades are made from customer’s request. When we design a new blade, there are 2 big “technical barriers” which we must solve to make blade usable thing.
①Ultrasonic wave’s characteristic.
Ultrasonic is “fuzzy” technology that is hard to control and find answer to stabilize it. Blade’s shape and size is key point, and we are adjusting it little by little, considering blade’s performance.
②Blade’s material.
Each blade’s material is not made with same material. We are selecting material thinking good compatibility with blade’s shape and performance what we desired, and which doesn’t deteriorate (rust, crack, etc.) while it has not used.
Of course, there are more other problems before we productize option parts, such as cost.
