We have over 40 types of ultrasonic cutter blades.
Each of blade shape, material, features are different that to correspond in various users work.
This time, we would like to introduce our blade recommendation using for plastic model processing.

Standard blade HA04

Line cut.

Standard shaped blade, initially attaches 40 pcs.(set) in ultrasonic cutter ZO-91 & ZO-95.
To tell the truth, most of processing could be cover with this standard blade, such as cut, weld, and polish for some materials. It is necessary blade you that users should have stock.

Curving blade

There are 4 types of curving blade that are different width blade.
It’s useful to cut roundly or parallelly upon flat board. Sometimes we meet purchasers who wants to take apart an part in GUNDAM arm to improve arm mobility. Flat blades are hard to reach angled inner part.

Also for tank models, it able to express “Zimmerit Coating” on body.
Just press blade edge(engrave) on tank’s body successively in roll, and it could easily describes a design.

Thin blade could suppress plastic melting caused by ultrasonic friction heat.
Thin blade is thinner than other blades, so a width of cutting part is smaller. That’s the reason of decrease in plastic melt. To improve your models quality making appearance better, Thin blade will supports realizing your ideal model.
