Remove cell membrane with Ultrasonic Cutter
Hello.
Last week, we visit to Japanese popular University to talk about our product.
We met to professor who is researching of “cell”.
He wants to remove cell membrane from cell to see it more clearly, but because cell is fragile, it easily breaks up with just small shock.
For that we have been called to introduce Ultrasonic Cutter.
Put the top of the blade into water and make vibration. The vibration will makes fine bubbles and it hits and remove cell membrane.
As the bubbles are very small, it won’t make big shock to the cell.
However, the frequency in the water is not stable, sometimes big bubble may occurs and give shock to cell.
To avoid the problem, we suggested to make new replacement blade that is horn (column) shaped to put in the water and make stable bubble.
We go back to company, and check whether it possible to make new type of replacement blade. We found a data folder in shelf and knew column shaped is not matched to ultrasonic cutter.
At the moment you turn ON the frequency, it transmittes to blade and runs to find best vibrating point. That means, it doesn’t work stably.
As we found it’s hard for us to meet clients expectation, later, we passed the business to Honda Electronics…

Like as we learn new aspect of Ultrasonic in “Cell”.
Try everything and learn what you got from it by yourself.
That’s would be the shortcut that grows you or company within big step.
