Basic troubles of Ultrasonic Cutter ZO series.
You got a problem on Ultrasonic Cutter ZO series?
Before you ask for repair, please check if 3 things listed here are fulfilled.
①Blade anchor screw is tightened with 0.6 N・m.
→With other torque level, unit will not work normally.
②Unit horn is cleaned.
→By keep using unit, horn will be contaminated, and unit will not work normally.
For settle these 2 troubles, follow this instruction movie.
③ 3 blade parts (Blade, Blade anchor, Blade anchor screw) are not broken.
→When those parts are contaminated or broken, unit will not work normally.
Please replace those parts.
After you checked there are no problem in those 3 things, and unit still not work normally, something troubles which needed repair service might occurring.
