We have 2 models ultrasonic cutters for oversea use.
ZO-91 model ZO-95 model
We intensively make those products promotion, and gain most profit of our annual sales.
Other accessories such as replacement blades or handpiece, footswitch, goggle, cutting mat..
those products comes after unit.
However, when our unit has run out, we need to gain profit by selling other products.
(Some of you might understand that sales has monthly goal, “norm”)
This goal is necessary to keep grow company.
..and now, we are at condition of not having unit stock.
“This is bad.. we still have to gain profit to accomplish norm..”
We anticipated this situation from few months ago, and the lead 2 ways of solution.
1. Sell optional products.
The profit comes from optional product is low, because the price is so.
Thinking this thesis from opposite, it has been sold occasionally than main product(if it’s expensive than optional product). If we could make this sales speed more faster, we could increase our sales is multiple. When distributor liked it, the product’s speeded up sales will be stable.

2. Take order of next stock products.
This way might be not become your present month’s sales, but could avoid from missing profit.
It calls “Back order” an order shipping later. Accumulate back order until the stock arrives to your hand, so it sold very speedy and able to produce stock in next short term.
Everyday, we are trying expanding market, promoting units to consumers and prospective distributors. Our first priority is to become certain help for consumers, who needs our products. When company forgot first subject and think of sales too much, it might loss their way to advance. Saying myself not to forgot origin of sales subject, we are working here everyday!
