【Echo Tech】 How to become Echo Tech Official Distributor.

There are several steps before we make partnership with dealers.

※In each step, we may suggest a different offer matching to each dealer.

1. Clear questions

At this first step, information (about company, sales market, products, etc.) will be shared between Echo Tech and dealer, mutually.

Before making partnership, mutual questions should be cleared to avoid troubles and plan a marketing strategy.

When we all agreed for starting partnership and marketing, we move to next step.

2. Test Marketing

In this step, dealer resell Echo Tech products as a test marketing for few times.
This is for seeing market’s reaction and make last decision of maintaining mutual partnership.

Cycle of Test Marketing

①Dealer places order to Echo Tech via Email.

②Proceed transaction until product delivers to dealer
　1. Dealer chooses a payment method (Wire remittance or PayPal)
　2. Echo Tech issue a Proforma invoice and dealer will pay, following to it.
　3. After the payment reached to Echo Tech account, product will be shipped.

③Dealer do promotion and resell product in their sales market.
　Echo Tech supports dealer’s marketing. For that, we may ask feedback to dealer, each time.

…and restart from ①.

Terms of Test Marketing

(Contract)
We don’t conclude a contract at this step.
After few times deal, Echo Tech will offer a contract to dealer.

(Price)
Echo Tech supply products to dealer with “Distributor price”.

Retail price・・Price for consumer.
Wholesale price・・Price for non-contracted reseller.
Distributor price・・Price for Echo Tech official distributor.

When it decided that Echo Tech and the dealer will not make a partnership, we will supply products with “Wholesales price” from that timing.

(MOQ)
ZO-91 model/ 6 pcs.

ZO-95 model/ 4 pcs.
Ultrasonic cutter ZO-95/CE product | Echo Tech

There are no MOQ for optional parts.

(Free demo unit)
At this step, we could not provide a free demo unit.
To get it, please buy 1 pc. for yourself.
(After concluding contract, dealer will have a chance to get free demo unit.)

3. Contracting

After few times dealt, we will offer for contract to dealer.

Flow of contracting

①Dealer checks contract sheet issued by Echo Tech.
If there is any point that should be reconsidered or have questions dealer could make an offer to Echo Tech. If there is no, or settled all changes, we move to ②.

②Mutual signature on contract.
After mutual agreement on whole contract terms, Echo Tech will issue official contract sheet with signing on it and send the data to dealer.
Dealer prints out the data and make sign with handwriting on it and send back its scanned PDF file to Echo Tech.

③Contract conclusion
After it approved in Echo Tech, the contract will be concluded.
In this moment, dealer becomes “Official distributor”.

4. After becoming to official distributor

Official distributors will have special offers.

(Price)
Official distributors will be supplied products with “Distributor price”.

(MOQ)
There are no MOQ for all Echo Tech products.
(Dealer could place order a unit from single unit.)

(Free demo unit)
By placing order unit with specified quantity, dealer will get free demo unit (1 pc.).
ZO-91/ 5 pcs. → Get 1 free demo unit.
ZO-95/ 3 pcs. → Get 1 free demo unit.

Echo Tech supplies free demo unit only 1 pc. for each model.

(Repair training)
After a dealer received our repair training, dealer will be able to place order some of specified cutter parts and will have license of unit repairer.

Repair training should be fulfilled under face to face. (Online is not allowed)
If dealer is not received repair training, broken unit should be repaired at Echo Tech office and unit should not be disassembled by no-licensed person.

(Promotion)
We able to support dealer’s marketing by making advertisements (catalog, poster, roll screen, video, etc.) or announcing on our social media account.
Under discussing a best way of promotion with dealers, we move as much as we could.

Termination of contract

Echo Tech has a right to terminate business contract, under considering any of reasons.
